Contract Duration: 3 Months

Hours: Part-Time, ~20-40 hours/week (will fluctuate based on workload/events); will require working during standard business hours

Set Pay Rate: $22.50/hour

Location: Remote, based in the US

About the Role:

Our client, a large and growing financial company is seeking a detail-oriented Experiential Marketing Coordinator to join the team on a part-time basis for three months. This role will support the execution of various experiential marketing initiatives by assisting with organizational, administrative, and planning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the organization and management of multiple experiential marketing projects.
• Assist in the development of creative briefs to ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Support documentation processes, including tracking and maintaining project records.
• Manage contracts and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely execution of agreements.
• Create and process purchase orders (POs) in alignment with project budgets.
• Collaborate on activation planning to bring experiential campaigns to life.
• Monitor and maintain budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and accurate reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-5 years in experiential marketing or a related field preferred

Skills:

• Strong understanding of experiential marketing concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in budgeting and administrative tasks.
• Experience with contract management and PO creation.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external partners.
