Business Process Analyst

Accurri (accurri.com) is a privately owned Australian software company with operations in Australia and the United Kingdom. We specialise in statutory financial reporting software for organisations around the world.

Role overview

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst (BPA) to join our team.

The primary objectives of the BPA are to:

a.     Manage a range of business practices and processes

b.     Recommend changes to improve business practices and process

c.     Manage the implementation of approved changes.

The BPA will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues to gather and compile business requirements, and apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Ownership of a range of established business practices and processes
• Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements
• Analysing business practices, processes and tools to identify improvement opportunities
• Preparing and presenting improvement proposals
• Project managing approved change initiatives
• Supporting an environment of continuous improvement within the business
• Communication, ensuring the rest of the business is aware of issues, plans and progress
• Compliance monitoring and reporting

Candidate profile

To succeed in this role, you must be capable of:

• Working productively in a totally remote (home) based role
• Effectively engaging stakeholders
• Being self-disciplined and self-motivated
• Critical thinking to identify issues and formulate solutions
• Advanced communication both oral and written
• Being data driven and process oriented
• Advanced software skills (Jira, SharePoint, MS Admin, Intune, Windows, Office)
• Exposure to ISO 27001 and other ISO standards would be advantageous
• Be aligned with the Accurri values
