Hey there! We are Adfix! A vibrant agency focused on elevating DTC brands and retailers around the globe! We are looking for an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Coordinator. A passionate person who thrives in building relationships and crafting strategic collaborations to boost brands' performance. If this is you, then keep reading! Your Responsibilities will be to:
- Identify, research, and connect with influencers and/or content creators that align with our clients' brand values and target audiences
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are running smoothly and on schedule
- Coordinate and support the initiatives and overall strategies of the Media Buyers, and Creative Strategist
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist to ensure the content produced resonates with the audience and meets campaign objectives
- Collaborate with the Creative Strategist and Media Buyers to manage Meta and Tiktok Creator Marketplaces and other ad-hoc tasks required
- Assist in negotiating partnership terms, ensuring mutual benefit and clarity for both parties
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for future strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and influencer movements to keep our strategies fresh and innovative
- Maintain organized records of influencer contacts, contracts, and campaign performance
- Manage and organize the database of Influencers and UGC contents - making sure the assets are readily available for the internal Creatives Team's use
RequirementsWhat we're looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, social media or PR
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a CAN-DO attitude
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying and collaborating with influencers, negotiating contracts, and measuring campaign performance
- A passion for e-commerce, social media trends and a good understanding of various platforms and their influencer landscapes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Fluent in English - other languages are a plus!
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
