Company Introduction: CoinClan is a licensed & regulated cryptocurrency exchange company. We are currently operating in Australia, the EU, the UK, and Canada. We trade on major crypto P2P platforms such as Binance P2P, and we are the largest crypto P2P merchant/liquidity provider in all of the countries and on all of the P2P platforms where we advertise and trade. We have longer-term plans to build our own platform. We are also now looking to expand our business to several other countries, such as Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Brazil, Mexico, the US, Turkey & more. Our vision is to make crypto access seamless, for anyone, anywhere in the world. Responsibilities:

  • Global Talent Acquisition: Actively recruiting top talent worldwide for various roles within the company, utilising online platforms such as LinkedIn, Web3Careers etc
  • Talent Evaluation: Conduct thorough vetting of candidates’ CVs, schedule and participate in interviews to select the most qualified candidates who align with our company’s values and performance standards
  • HR Management: Managing all HR functions including employee benefits and leave management (annual, sick, personal, and bereavement). Ensuring that these processes are handled efficiently and empathetically. Keeping track of national holidays globally, employee's birthdays and work anniversaries.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure they are seamless and all necessary steps are completed to integrate employees effectively into our company or part ways amicably
  • Employee Engagement: Continuously enhance team engagement and job satisfaction through innovative approaches such as career development pathways, regular performance feedbacks and fostering a culture of recognition and mutual respect
  • Dispute Resolution: Handling employee disputes by designing and implementing effective resolution strategies that maintain a positive work environment
  • Policy Management: Develop, modify and implement HR policies that addresses various workplace issues, ensuring these policies are clear, fair, and compliant with local and international laws
  • Payroll Processing: Preparing pay slips and tallying work hours, overtime, extra pay, public holiday pay and leaves on a monthly basis to calculate employees' respective pay.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of HR work experience
  • Organised and good with numbers / basic math
  • Skilled at Excel would be an added advantage
  • Experience working for start-ups and in a remote environment is preferable
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferable
