The Opportunity

Bucket Listers is looking for an outgoing and driven Partner Success Coordinator to join our growing Partner Success team. Over the past few years, we’ve continuously upleveled our partner relationships; this role will continue to strengthen and expand those connections. The Partner Success Coordinator will own emerging accounts and partnerships, collaborating with our remote-first team.

In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you will dive into new and exciting accounts. We’ll look to you to build relationships internally and externally, collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Business Development, Customer Service, and more.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, with a focus on relationship building and maintenance.
  • Oversee page build-out and promotion of marketplace partners
  • Continue to cement long-term partnerships that create value for our customers and partners.
  • Understand the unique needs of our partners to identify new opportunities to collaborate with Bucket Listers.
  • Answer all questions, queries, and concerns from our partners in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with all internal teams (Business Development, Content, Operations) to ensure our success for our partners.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Account Management experience, preferably in a startup environment.
  • High proficiency in both written and verbal English language skills
  • Extremely resourceful and autonomous in execution.
  • Strong collaborator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Analytically driven with the ability to distill information across a variety of experience levels.
  • Strong relationship builder through high levels of efficiency, integrity and professionalism.
  • Extremely organized multi-tasker who can balance multiple projects and priorities at once.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated; capable of working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • G-Suite expert (Slides, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
  • Passionate about the Bucket Listers mission.
