User Experience Designer Intern

ResponsibilitiesHexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division(Hexagon) is seeking an intern. You would be working as part of a team of several UX designers on an Information Management product for the power and gas industry. You would sit as an integral part of one or more scrum teams. We Expect You To

• Have good interpersonal skills.
• Work effectively on your own initiative or as part of a multi-discipline team.
• Be able to do detailed Figma wireframes and use other design skills as necessary including basic usability testing.
• Be open to learning new skills.
• Get out of your comfort zone and help other disciplines on your team when necessary.
• Keep up to date with current technology trends.

Education / Qualifications Our ideal candidates will have experience with Figma and understand the basics of Material design. A background in graphic design could be helpful but is not necessary. You need to have some education background in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, or Web Application design. We’d ideally like to hear from people with these skills, but the main thing we’re looking for is a great UX designer – so even if you’re not an exact match but can bring other relevant skills and experience to the table, then we’d love to hear from you!
