Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing and Sales Associate at LAUNCHER.SOLUTIONS. The Marketing and Sales Associate will be responsible for communication with clients, providing customer service, conducting sales activities, and participating in training sessions. They will also be involved in sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Contribute ideas, research, and insights to support the development of effective marketing strategies.
- Design and implement marketing plans and campaigns for each product or service, utilizing print, digital, and social media channels to drive sales and boost brand awareness.
- Develop sales strategies and approaches tailored to various products and services.
- Identify and contact prospective customers to generate leads and create opportunities.
- Address client inquiries about product and service benefits and maintain excellent relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Gather and analyze consumer behavior data, such as web traffic and rankings, to inform decision-making.
- Generate and present reports on marketing and sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to organize promotional events and initiatives.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing and sales activities and provide actionable insights.
- Represent the company at trade shows and client meetings as required.
- Coordinate marketing schedules and strategies with colleagues, sponsors, media partners, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution.
- Create and maintain engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring accurate and appealing content that aligns with brand standards.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in the lending industry is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design, with experience using Photoshop (preferred).
- WordPress experience is required.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM campaigns, web analytics, Google Ads, and remarketing strategies.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Proven knowledge of the marketing and sales landscape, including modern tools and strategies.
- A BS degree in marketing or a related field is a plus, but equivalent experience in a similar role (e.g., Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant) is acceptable.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
