What will you be doing?

Working parallel to the creative teams, and project managers, the Graphic Designer is responsible for producing print-ready collateral, based on pre-defined visual language guides, across various channels. Materials produced will support multi-channel product launch campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design new print layouts and edit existing ones, including but not limited to posters, flyers, and in-store signage, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines;
  • Prepare print-ready files that adhere to printer specifications, including but not limited to bleed, dielines, and brand colors (PMS/CMYK);
  • Manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment, leveraging problem-solving skills to meet tight deadlines and incorporate team feedback without compromising quality;
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with art directors, creative directors, and production managers to develop and troubleshoot the layout-to-execution process;
  • Stay updated on design and print industry trends to continuously enhance deliverables' quality and innovation.

Skills needed

  • Advanced computer application competency, specifically Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Project management software;
  • Production of graphic print materials, packaging, displays and in store graphics;
  • Keen eye for detail and the technical know-how to get the job done;
  • Layout skills and organizational abilities;
  • Ensuring consistency throughout various brands and marketing projects within those brands;
  • Ability to follow specific requirements, guidelines and timelines set forth by the Project Manager;
  • Respond quickly to requests and ability to work under pressure;
  • Positive attitude with a team player mentality;
  • Print and production experience is a must;
  • Fluent English and the ability to actively participate in team calls and presentations is a must.
