Our platform allows users to dive into a variety of tasks — ranging from creating training prompts for AI models to refining AI responses for better relevance. Responsibilities

• Conduct CV screening and candidate assessment
• Manage written communication with candidates in English to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Organize and conduct interviews with relevant candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit
• Maintain and update an ATS to keep track of candidates, their status, and feedback
• Be ready to get involved into different HR projects

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on mass hiring in retail, HoReCa, engineering, FMCG, etc
• Strong ability to screen candidates effectively and manage a large amount of data accurately
• Excellent multitasking skills to manage multiple candidates and recruitment tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Proficiency in English: C1 / C2 / Native
• Proficiency in Russian: C1 / C2 / Native
• Proficiency in PC softwares: Gmail, GDrive, Notion, etc
• Ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs and work within the fast-paced nature of a startup environment
• Familiarity with using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar recruitment software
