People & Talent Manager

Company Description

We at Tensora are seeking a People & Talent Manager to join our rapidly expanding AI research and development startup. We operate within the Bittensor ecosystem, which incentivizes open-source AI/ML research. Having raised over seven figures in funding, we've grown to a team of more than 10 people in just six months of operations. 

Role Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.
• Support managers with performance management, employee relations, and professional development plans.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with our values and vision.
• Identify opportunities for team training and professional development to upskill employees.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and training program development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the technology or blockchain industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
