We’re looking for a Brand and Website Designer to work with our diverse range of clients. This role involves creating cohesive brand kits, developing logo concepts, and designing user-friendly websites that elevate client brands and help them connect with their target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bring client visions to life through strategic design.
What You’ll Bring:
- Design Expertise: Experience creating brand kits, logos, and complete brand identities that align with client goals and industries.
- Website Design Skills: Proficiency in designing user-friendly websites with tools like WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix, and familiarity with wireframing, UX/UI principles, and responsive design.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of website functionality, SEO best practices, and basic front-end optimization.
- Client-Centric Mindset: Ability to interpret client needs and feedback, turning ideas into cohesive and strategic designs.
- Project Management Skills: Capable of managing multiple design projects, meeting deadlines, and adapting to client feedback efficiently.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Comfortable proposing innovative solutions to design challenges and evolving ideas based on feedback.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring quality across all design deliverables.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong teamwork and client communication skills to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the design process.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop brand kits that include logos, fonts, color palettes, and other brand assets tailored to client needs.
- Design functional, visually appealing websites optimized for user experience and aligned with client branding.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, providing drafts, mockups, and final deliverables that exceed expectations.
- Manage website updates, redesigns, and refreshes as needed.
- Conduct user testing and implement feedback to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional goals.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver modern, innovative solutions.
- Work closely with other team members, such as content creators and marketing specialists, to deliver cohesive strategies for clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft suites.
- Reliable access to a computer and internet.
