The House of Mercier is searching for a dedicated Social Media Assistant to join our innovative team, with the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in the world. As a Social Media Assistant, you will be integral in shaping our online presence, connecting with our audience, and implementing engaging content strategies across various social media platforms. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage engaging content for our social media channels, maintaining consistency with our brand voice
  • Engage proactively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
  • Assist in the creation and execution of social media marketing campaigns
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to suggest improvements in our strategies
  • Research and stay updated on social media trends to enhance engagement and reach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media content with overall marketing objectives
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks related to social media management

Requirements

  • Proven interest in social media and digital marketing practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience with social media management tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and refine strategies
  • Creativity and a passion for producing captivating content
