We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with interest and understanding of the gaming industry and the indie game market. Someone who is process-oriented, is organized, demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, and shows a lot of initiative in finding new ways to move the business forward.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with client/partner communications and scheduling.
- Support talent sourcing, basic HR tasks, and maintaining team organization.
- Handle administrative tasks, purchases/invoices, data management, and basic project oversight.
- Market research and pursuing relevant opportunities.
- Help prepare and organize necessary documentation, presentations, and applications.
- Provide overall support to the CEO as needed.
