Xero Bookkeeper (Accounts Receivable)

We are an established team of Xero Bookkeepers, BAS Agents, and Payroll Specialists. Our business serves a range of clients across various industries. We are looking for a Xero Bookkeeper to join our Accounts Receivable team.

Do you enjoy reconciling credits from payment gateways like Stripe, Shopify, and PayPal? Do you gain satisfaction from working with sales applications like ServiceM8, CIN7, and Arlo?

This is a casual role which will start slow and grow as you learn to work with our processes. This role is ideal for somebody who has the capacity to take on more work alongside their current commitments. You will perform this role from your home office, however, you must be resident in Australia.

Although we are not looking for a bookkeeper with years of experience, you must have had some experience reconciling credits in Xero, and exposure to some of the applications mentioned above. After you have mastered this role, there will be an opportunity to work in our Accounts Payable, Activity Statement, or Payroll teams.
