🔹 Identify and connect with businesses needing transport solutions.

🔹 Close deals and manage the full sales process or hand off clients to our team (lower commission).

🔹 Build long-term relationships and expand your client base.

What We Expect from You:

✔ Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B sales.

✔ Good English skills for client communication.

✔ Independence & professionalism in representing our brand.

✔ Freelancer/Entrepreneur status (or willingness to register).

💰 Commission Structure – Performance-Based Rewards🔹 OPTION 1: Full Sales & Client Management (Higher Commission)

✔ 50% of net profit for the first two months (to help you get started).

✔ 40% of net profit from month three onward.🔹 Condition: You fully manage the sales process, including client and carrier communication, until transport completion. (Don’t worry, we provide training!)

🔹 Duration: Commissions apply indefinitely for every transport your client books until either party (Easy Move or you) ends the cooperation.

🔹 OPTION 2: Client Introduction Only (Lower Commission)

✔ 50% of net profit for the first two months (to help you get started).

✔ 40% of net profit from month three onward.🔹 Condition: You bring in sales, initiate client communication, and remain available for new requests. Once the sale is confirmed, our team takes over the entire transport process.🔹 Duration: Commissions apply indefinitely for every transport your client books until either party (Easy Move or you) ends the cooperation.
