We are expanding and seeking an ambitious Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our high-performing team in Sofia. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing to candidate screening and interview coordination
• Identify and engage high-caliber talent through diverse channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
• Foster strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment delivery
• Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment or related HR functions
• Passionate about Human Resources with a proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
• Meticulous attention to detail with a client-centric mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
