Role Overview: We are on the hunt for a sales superstar to join our dynamic team as a Sales Closer. If you have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience (preferably within marketing) and a proven track record of high conversion rates, we'd love to hear from you. This is not your typical hard-push sales role—we're looking for someone who can engage with our clients authentically and genuinely. At this stage, we are looking at about 10 hours per week, but the role has the opportunity to grow up to 38hrs per week, as we grow.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored marketing solutions through google meet sessions, presentations, phone calls or email.
- Close sales deals with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Handover new clients to their new account manager.
- Learn about our business and services to effectively communicate our value propositions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through authentic, genuine interactions.
- Use a variety of software such as GHL, Agile, Asana, Google products and Stripe.
- Report on sales stats monthly
- Investigate and implement AI or automations to streamline the sales process
- Develop or update Strategic Operating Plans (SOPs), and advise on improvements to the sales or lead generation process
- Potentially lead outreach opportunities to help us reach new audiences during quieter weeks/months.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the marketing industry.
- Proven track record of high conversion rates. Minimum 20% - goal 40%+
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English writing and speaking skills.
- Willingness to learn about our business and services and be part of the team..
- Authentic and genuine approach to sales (no hard-pushy sales tactics).
- Minimum availability of 3 hours per workday within business hours, at least three days per week (Monday to Friday). We are happy to have a conversation about days/hours worked.
- This is an Australian contractor role. You must be based in Australia and have an Australian Business Number (ABN), or your country’s equivalent.
- Experience with CRM and/or project management software.
Desirable:
- Experience with AI or automations to streamline the sales process
- Ability to advise on the sales process and make recommendations for improvement
Benefits:
