Human Resource Manager

Job Details:

Pay $90k+

Full Time Position

Fully Remote Position

Eligible for monthly company bonus

Must reside in United States and willing to work east coast hours.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all HR related functions.

The face of HR. A trusted resource for the employees.

Develop protocols for manager training on HR related topics.

Manage the PEO relationship.

Execute all payroll related matters. 

Point person for all benefits/401k/Aflac/S125/ etc

Manage company insurance policies.

Compliance keeper.

Take lead role in recruiting talent.

Onboarding and offboarding of all employees.

Suggested Experience & Skills:

Few years of experience in an HR function. (Payroll, benefits, employee relations, etc)

A true interest and passion in learning and growing. 

Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment.

Strong communication skills. Enjoys working with others one on one and in group settings.

Positive and energetic personality. A trusted resource for the employees.

Proven history of meeting and exceeding objectives

Self-starter, competitive, and drive to win

Problem solver. The ability to resolve matters quickly and fairly.

Organized. Keeper of all official company docs.

Proactive.
