Position Overview: As a Remote Client Support Agent, you'll be responsible for helping clients navigate their inquiries and concerns through clear communication. You'll act as a crucial link between our clients and the services we provide, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and inquiries from clients, providing prompt and knowledgeable support. Identify customer needs and determine appropriate solutions to maintain client satisfaction. Resolve issues and challenges effectively, escalating when necessary. Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure confidentiality of customer information. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve user experience. Requirements Previous experience in customer support or related field (1-2 years preferred). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient with computers and ability to navigate support software. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centered attitude. Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Required Equipment Desktop or laptop computer with Windows 11 (no Apple, Surface, or Chromebook). Wired internet connection (via ethernet cable). USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (not wireless). Webcam (external or built-in).
