Social Media & Marketing Coordinator (Remote, U.S.)

Summary: Onix is seeking an experienced Social Media & Marketing Coordinator that will play a key role in moving our business forward in the eyes of the outside world. Whether it be implementing B2B marketing initiatives, building a social media brand (especially on LinkedIn0, concept marketing, content creation, sales enablement and more, this person will instantly become an integral part of not only Onix's marketing team, but of our global footprint as a world-renowned IT consultancy as well. General Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong social media and writing skills
• Experience growing a brand on LinkedIn
• B2B or technology industry experience
• Canva or basic design skills a plus

Social Media

• Manage social media calendar
• Draft social media posts
• Work with our external marketing agency on any design needs and ad hoc projects
• Develop a strategy for increasing engagement and following
• Analyze metrics and report on results
• Support “Datametica Birds” LinkedIn page with transitioning followers to Onix’s profile

Content Marketing

• Brainstorm new content ideas
• Support new media and differentiated channels
• Review content for brand tone and consistency

Sales Enablement

• Project manage the creation of new sales enablement materials
• Review and clean up decks as needed
• Ensure messaging and design are on-brand

Team Coordination

• Manage JIRA (project management portal) requests for new projects
• Manage team meetings, meetings with key stakeholders
• Support event venue research
• Support management of internal U.S. events – potential for external events, too
• General marketing project management
