Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer retention, and building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include analyzing customer data, addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
\n* Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
- Customer Retention and Relationship Building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
