One of Swoon's top clients in the food delivery industry is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join their team.
***MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH AND SPANISH***
Details:
Remote - anytime zone, but must be open to working CST/EST hours
Duration - 3 month contract to start, chance of extension
Rate: $20/hour
You will be joining a small team responsible for ensuring that they are able to successfully execute deliveries with a 100% delivery rate. This role is focused on Live Operations and will include proactive outbounds to the delivery drivers to drive exceptional quality. To succeed in this role you will need to have strong communication, troubleshooting and organizational skills, and a desire to continue learning.
Day to Day:
- Proactively reach out to delivery drivers to set clear order expectations and instructions
- Address ad-hoc dasher issues with empathy and urgency
- Spearhead & execute workflows that ensure they meet exceptional SLAs
- Identify trends & communicate findings to the broader teams to improve our processes
Requirements:
***MUST SPEAK FLUENT SPANISH AND ENGLISH****
- 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced customer service role in technology, hospitality or grocery & convenience
- You are a highly-motivated individual that can work independently
- You are a natural problem solver
