The Reality of Job Searching After College

After graduating in 2011, I anticipated a smooth transition into the workforce. However, the job market was still recovering from the economic downturn, making it difficult to secure a full-time position.

To support my family during this challenging period, I accepted a position at Chick-Fil-A. While it wasn't the career I envisioned, it provided invaluable experiences and lessons.

Lessons Learned

Working in fast food taught me about customer service, teamwork, and the importance of a strong work ethic. Despite the challenges, I learned to appreciate every job opportunity and the skills they can provide.
