Financial Analyst

Job Title: Financial Analyst (US Citizen Only) Location: Remote We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers of profitability.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the development of the annual budget and financial forecasts, working closely with departmental leaders.
• Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes and scenario analysis.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor performance, and economic conditions to inform strategic planning.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data, analyze financial impacts, and provide financial insights for strategic initiatives.
• Track financial metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
• Provide financial support for special projects and initiatives as needed, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting financial information clearly and effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across the organization.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
