Impactful Work Awaits You In this role, you will play an integral part in the financial operations at Therapy Pro. Your responsibilities will include:
- �� Systems Management: Manage funding allocations, oversee billing processes in Lumary, and reconcile accounts in alignment with Therapy Pro’s funding procedures
- �� Client Support: Respond promptly to funding and invoicing queries, ensuring a seamless client experience
- �� Reporting: Assist with financial reporting, claims, and invoices using Xero and Excel
- �� Collaboration: Work closely with therapy teams, support staff, and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency
- �� Continuous Improvement: Identify and correct errors in billing and case notes, contributing to ongoing process improvements
What We’re Looking for in You We Are Looking For Someone Who Is Organised, Proactive, And Thrives In a Collaborative Team Environment. To Be Successful, You’ll Bring
- Experience with Excel and Xero and familiarity with Lumary or NDIS processes is advantageous
- Experience assisting with accounts receivable (e.g., invoicing and payments) is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for continuous learning
- Preference for Brisbane-based candidates, but QLD, NSW & VIC encouraged to apply
