Job Summary Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Junior Project Manager will manage and execute data-focused projects while supporting internal users. This role requires proficiency in project management methodologies such as KANBAN and SCRUM and a collaborative approach to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate data-focused projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal users and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Utilize KANBAN and SCRUM frameworks to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and status updates.

• Support the Senior Project Manager in managing project scope, resources, and timelines.
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; background in education is a plus.
• Experience:

• 2+ years of project management experience, focusing on data-driven initiatives.
• Familiarity with KANBAN and SCRUM methodologies.
