Job Type ExemptSalary $60K-$80KLocation Eastern or Central Time Zone (Remote) The Project Coordinator role is responsible for assisting Technical Project Managers with tracking, updating, and disseminating of project details for large-scale National Account commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment projects. They will monitor the overall progress of projects to be sure milestones are on track. This will be achieved by working closely with our National Accounts team to learn our processes and ultimately deliver on our high standards for customer satisfaction and success. Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in high volume, fast-paced and high-pressure work environment. HVAC and/or construction-related experience is a plus. This position works in a typical office environment with occasional visits to job sites. The Project Coordinator must have exceptional written and verbal communications skills. Candidate must demonstrate the ability and willingness to communicate clearly, concisely, and diplomatically. Outstanding attention to detail, willingness to collaborate in a team setting, and excellent organizational skills are critical in a culture valuing honesty, integrity, dedication, resourcefulness, independence, and taking ownership. Candidate must have the ability to develop and maintain deep customer and stakeholder relationships based on trust. - Ability to support East coast and West coast projects as required including but not limited to project calls and site visits.
- Establishing a professional relationship with National Account Customer
- Understanding key stakeholder roles and their responsibilities
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
- Communicating with customers and their representatives; including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field staff
- Assist with coordination of onsite equipment delivery specifics
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Aiding the project management team with gathering requested documentation from our customers (equipment manuals, spare parts, and filter lists)
- Track and ensure timely invoicing of projects
- Assist with monitoring and tracking job costs for accurate reporting
- Attend and provide feedback as required on project specific contractor meetings
- Interfacing between multiple players to maintain project milestone date accuracy
- Attending regular internal and external meetings to provide updates and feedback as required
- Contributing to the building of processes and procedures for new accounts
- Visit jobsites and factories to gain a better understanding of our equipment, industry, and customer.
- Shadow project managers and participates in CMS provided training classes
