We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to help streamline our processes, manage project delivery, and ensure a seamless experience for both clients and our internal team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and enjoys keeping projects on track.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Operations Manager, you will:
**
- Oversee Project Delivery – Ensure client projects (websites, SEO, and digital marketing) are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Manage Team Workflows – Coordinate between designers, developers, and marketers to ensure efficient task execution and smooth collaboration.
- Client Communication & Support – Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
- System & Process Optimisation – Identify inefficiencies, implement streamlined workflows, and improve internal systems for better productivity.
- Task & Deadline Management – Keep projects moving forward by tracking deadlines, assigning tasks, and ensuring accountability within the team.
- Quality Control & Performance Tracking – Review deliverables before they are sent to clients and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality work.
- Operational Support & Administration – Assist with onboarding new clients, maintaining project documentation, and supporting leadership with key operational decisions.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
**
- Has experience in operations, project management, or agency workflow coordination.
- Understands digital marketing, web development, or creative services (preferred but not essential).
- Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects at once.
- Has excellent communication skills and is confident in liaising with clients.
- Is proactive in problem-solving and process improvement.
- Has experience using project management tools like ClickUp, Slack and Google Drive
Requirements
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in an operational or project management role (preferably in a digital/creative agency setting).

Remuneration & Work Arrangement
- Job Type: Full-Time (Negotiable for the right candidate)
- Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Work Location: Remote (Preference for Australia-based candidates)
