Whether it’s streamlining support, surfacing community insights, automating workflows, or unlocking data-driven decisions, we want you to help us put AI to work—with heart.

🔍 Who You Are

You’re not just tech-savvy, you’re mission-driven. You understand the power of AI, but also the importance of human values. You believe technology should be used to empower, not replace. You can build, manage, and optimise AI agents across various functions - from customer service to internal ops to content workflows. And you’re comfortable wearing a few hats along the way.

You’ll be our AI orchestrator, collaborating closely with a small, passionate team to find the most impactful opportunities for automation and enhancement.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Identify key areas where AI agents can support or optimise day-to-day operations.

• Deploy and manage AI agents across departments (support, marketing, admin, data analysis, etc.).

• Integrate AI tools and systems (e.g., GPT, agent frameworks, automation platforms) into existing workflows.

• Monitor agent performance and continually fine-tune them for optimal outcomes.

• Champion ethical AI practices and ensure outputs align with our values of fairness, inclusion, and empowerment.

• Communicate complex AI topics in simple, human ways.

🧩 We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has hands-on experience managing AI agents or building AI-powered workflows.

• Understands prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and basic automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, LangChain, AgentGPT).

• Thinks like a systems builder but cares about people-first solutions.

• Has a strong sense of responsibility, creativity, and care.

• Embraces experimentation, iteration, and learning from feedback.

• Shares our values of community, empowerment, development, fairness, and inclusion.
