We’re seeking a full-time Junior Project Manager to connect our internal creative team with external clients. You’ll be the central point of contact, offering strategic insights and high-level guidance to ensure project success. With exceptional communication skills, you’ll navigate challenges, foster optimism, and bring emotional intelligence to every interaction. What you’ll do:

• Manage day-to-day workflow for multiple projects, including but not limited to slide presentations, video production, asset creation, and event collateral 
• Prepare estimates and SOWs based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Be the key liaison between our clients and the creative team
• Lead the projects from creative inception to delivery, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with the client
• Build workback schedules with an understanding of the technical requirements for developing and delivering projects from a timing/feasibility perspective
• Regularly monitor project progress and serve as the gatekeeper for all production deliverables–reviewing work to ensure it's on-brief and up to the quality standards of our agency
• Ensure feedback is routed and clearly communicated between teams; responsible for ensuring all teams are clear on their assignment, deliverables and priorities
• Proactively and objectively recognize and mitigate risks to prevent issues - and when issues arise, strategically resolve the situation and minimize consequences
• Ability to manage client expectations and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail based on the agency's workflow
• Collaborate with creatives, employing empathy and professionalism, to ensure on-time delivery of projects

What we’d love for you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Practical communication skills (verbal, written) and ability to strategically resolve conflicts with a passion for service excellence
• Understands the creative process and is comfortable working with clients
• Able to creatively troubleshoot workflow challenges
• Excellent time management skills and impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and be an active listener
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment
