OTTO Quotes is on the lookout for a Junior Google Media Buyer to join our fast-growing Media Buying Team. This is a full-time remote opportunity for someone with experience in performance marketing who’s ready to manage high-budget Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, Discovery, and YouTube.

You’ll work alongside experienced media buyers and creative teams to launch, optimize, and scale winning campaigns. If you’re data-driven, love testing new ideas, and want the freedom to apply your creative skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Launch, manage, and optimize full-funnel Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, Discovery, YouTube).
• Support the creative team by contributing ideas and using performance data to guide content development.
• A/B test ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and meet performance goals.
• Analyze campaign data to drive cost-effective optimizations and scaling decisions.
• Perform competitor research to identify market trends and winning strategies.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency and alignment.
• Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to maintain profitability and maximize ROI.
• Stay current on Google Ads updates, features, and industry best practices.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and experience across all key placements.
• Strong copywriting skills with a creative mindset and eye for high-performing content.
• Understanding of landing page design and funnel optimization.
• Analytical thinking with a passion for data and performance-driven decision-making.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to own projects from start to finish.
• Bonus: Experience in the insurance or lead generation space.
