**Summary/Objective** Reporting to the Events Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating and organizing a variety of events, meetings, tradeshows, and conferences throughout the year. *   Support operational goals and logistics, including but not limited to, rooming blocks, shipments, layouts, event orders, onsite needs, app development, AV needs, etc.
*   Establish methods to track event success and gather feedback. Develop and maintain historical data and information for event analysis.
*   Oversee event details, and act quickly to escalate or resolve any issues.
*   Managing and drafting promotional event communications and social.

*   1+ years marketing and 2 years hotel events management experience
*   Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
*   Passionate about events, marketing, branding and lead generation, with a focus on creating in-person programs that drive business results
*   Strong experience managing budgets and tracking expenses, attention to detail a must
*   Excellent communication skills, able to engage with all levels of stakeholders, customers and external partners
*   Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with others to achieve results
*   Proven experience managing vendor and agency relationships to ensure event success
*   Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented matrixed organization
*   Outstanding customer service skills for internal teams and peers

*   Manage background checks, employment eligibility (I-9), and required documentation in ATS and HRIS systems with accuracy and compliance.
*   Partner cross-functionally with IT, Facilities, and Hiring Managers to deliver seamless onboarding logistics, including equipment, systems access, and team integration.
*   Manage onboarding content and programming, including presentations, onboarding documentation, and feedback loops to drive program improvements.
