What You’d Be Doing In This Role

As RunGopher grows, change is constant.

This role sits at the front line of revenue.

You own new business in debt recovery.

You sell outcomes tied to dollars collected.

This will evolve as the platform and market scale.

At The Moment, This Role Is Focused OnTerritory & Account Planning

Identify high-value debt recovery opportunities.

Prioritise agencies, creditors, and Xero-based businesses.

Pipeline Generation & Revenue Growth

Build pipeline through outbound, warm leads, content, and referrals.

Manage deals cleanly through CRM.

Move fast from interest to signed contracts.

Debt Recovery Sales Execution

Run discovery with debt agencies and finance leaders.

Sell recovery lift, not features.

Position Voice AI, SMS, and automation clearly.

Xero & Enterprise Collections

Sell RunGopher into Xero-led SMB invoice recovery.

Engage large debt collection agencies and creditors.

Handle longer sales cycles and compliance-driven buyers.

Internal Feedback Loop

Share market insights with product and marketing.

Help shape messaging, use cases, and proof points.

You're Probably A Match If

You have B2B sales experience, ideally in debt, finance, or SaaS.

You have closed new logos and owned full sales cycles.

You are confident selling to CFOs, collections leaders, and agency owners.

You can explain technical products in plain language.

You stay disciplined with pipeline and follow-up.

You perform well without heavy process or hand-holding.

Remuneration

$90,000 + super

Commission on all deals

OTE $250k
