Role Description

We are seeking Team Scouts to conduct marketing on a remote, contract basis to deliver to SalesTeam ideal client prospects within the United States, primarily self-employed business owners, small-to-medium business owners, and heads of corporate sales organizations or CEOs, who strongly desire sales training and coaching for improved organizational sales results. The ideal candidate will research potential clients, identify potential leads, and develop reports to allow SalesTeam to convert the leads into clients. Team Scouts receive up-front commission and residual pay when their submitted leads convert to and remain sales coaching clients at SalesTeam. Seeking US applicants only.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, and account management
  • Proficient in using multiple research platforms, such as LinkedIn or Zoominfo
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Experience in creating and implementing new strategies for lead generation and prospecting
  • Proven track record of successful execution in previous roles, especially within remote environments
  • Self-starter
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or CRM software
  • Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
  • Comfortable contracting work on a pay-for-performance basis
