What We Are Looking For

We're looking for a Finance Associate to join our global cloud team. As a Finance Associate at Sela, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our US business and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

·     Collaborate with the global finance team to oversee the financial operations of the US business

·     Coordinate statutory and regulatory processes with external CPA firms

·     Manage billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

·     Work closely with senior leadership to manage budgets and generate financial reports

·     Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

·     Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

·     Support month-end and year-end close processes

·     Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

·     Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

·     1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting

·     Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles and practices

·     Experience with financial reporting and budgeting

·     Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·     Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

·     Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·     Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a full-time position with a generous benefits package and a quarterly performance bonus. Pay for this position will be commensurate with experience.

Annual estimated salary range: 70,000-85,000 USD
