🎯 Your role as a Remote Sales-Oriented Technical Recruiter:

  • Actively source and recruit skilled workers such as welders, electricians, carpenters, truck drivers, and mechanics.
  • Utilize job boards (LinkedIn, NetEmpregos, Sapoempregos, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp communities, schools, and referrals) to find qualified candidates.
  • Evaluate industry-specific skills, certifications, and work experience to match candidates with the right roles.
  • Build strong relationships with job seekers and clients, ensuring a high level of trust and engagement.
  • Leverage networking with trade schools, unions, and industry groups to expand your candidate pool.
  • Manage job postings, talent pipelines, assessment tools, and screening processes efficiently.
  • Communicate job conditions, expectations, and potential career growth opportunities to candidates.
  • Stay persistent and proactive in following up with candidates who may be hesitant about job changes or relocation.
  • Use AI tools, recruitment software, and technology to optimize sourcing and hiring.
  • Maintain accurate records in our internal recruitment database and track key performance metrics.

💼 What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking freelance professionals who:

  • Speak English fluently.
  • Have experience in recruitment and/or sales-oriented roles, preferably in the technical sector.
  • Understand trade certifications, licensing, and training requirements for skilled professionals.
  • Are skilled in explaining job details clearly to candidates unfamiliar with the recruitment process.
  • Strong organizational abilities to schedule interviews and follow-ups and manage documentation.
  • Are comfortable using recruitment technology, AI tools, and sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills with a consultative approach.
  • Are motivated by bonuses, competitive goals, and achieving high results.
  • Have a stable internet connection and are comfortable with video interviews and calls.
  • Thrive under pressure, work independently, and take initiative.
