Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking a talented Minecraft Skin Pack Artist to help bring high-quality, marketplace-ready skin packs to life. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes Minecraft aesthetics, understands the nuances of Marketplace guidelines, and can reliably deliver polished work on deadline. You’ll be designing skin packs that reach millions of people worldwide, collaborating closely with our production team, and responding quickly to feedback in a fast-moving, creator-driven environment. If you’re confident in Blockbench, have a strong design instinct, and take pride in clear communication and consistency, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking to hire someone on a per project basis, with regular planned projects. Your Responsibilities and Skills:

• Designing skin packs for Minecraft Marketplace (roughly 1-2 packs each fortnight) including revisions
• Writing design briefs and providing references for skin designs
• Designing 8-12 skins per skin pack (numbers can vary)
• Ability to effectively design a range of Minecraft Skinpacks on Blockbench that fit within the Minecraft Marketplace guidelines/requirements
• Ability to take on feedback and act on it swiftly

Requirements:

• Expert level knowledge of Blockbench
• Experience designing Minecraft Skinpacks that meet Marketplace requirements
• Good eye and Instinct for Design
• Photoshop knowledge is a bonus
• Able to communicate and answer inquiries/messages within 24 hours.
