Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Customer Support Engineer. The individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, resolving technical problems, and delivering support efficiently through various communication channels.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support and ensuring client satisfaction
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively
- Experience in Technical Support and assisting end-users with software-specific challenges
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Field Service processes is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment
- Technical certifications or experience in working with AI-driven tools is desirable
