Summary: The Marketing Coordinator provides support to the Marketing Department by managing assigned projects and administrative functions. This role serves as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and field staff to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Marketing Operations & Administration
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the Marketing Department, providing customer service to employees, vendors, and company contacts.
- Generates purchase orders for marketing projects and assists in proofreading marketing materials.
- Ensures all calls from the field are responded to within 24 hours.
Campaign & Data Management
- Compiles data and formats reports for analyzing marketing programs, including company email campaign performance.
- Obtains pertinent information from District and Center Managers for the implementation of marketing and communication programs.
Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintains the company Photo Library and coordinates image uploads with outside agencies.
- Coordinates field order fulfillment for marketing programs, monitors inventory levels of marketing materials, and ensures that the Marketing Gallery is kept up to date.
Project Support & Execution
- Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing specific marketing projects at the direction of various Marketing Team members.
- Assists in the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Energetic and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Capable of working independently and demonstrating basic decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Education And ExperienceRequired:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ year s of general work experience in a marketing or administrative capacity .

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
