About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Implementation Specialist with deep expertise in HubSpot to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands sales and marketing funnels but also has a keen eye for process workflows and automation. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimising HubSpot instances from scratch while ensuring seamless integrations and automation that drive efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and set up HubSpot from scratch, including CRM, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Operations Hub.
  • Work closely with teams to map, design, and optimise sales and marketing workflows, lead management, and customer journeys.
  • Build and optimise HubSpot workflows, sequences, and automation to improve efficiency across departments.
  • Develop and manage custom objects, properties, and data structures within HubSpot.
  • Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with third-party tools and internal systems, leveraging APIs where necessary.
  • Work on front-end customisations (React, JavaScript, HTML) and potentially backend development (NodeJS) for UI extensions or custom applications within HubSpot.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track CRM performance, sales efficiency, and marketing attribution.
  • Provide internal teams with training and documentation to maximise HubSpot adoption and usability.
  • Stay up to date with HubSpot’s latest features and industry best practices to implement innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience implementing and managing HubSpot CRM, including building from scratch. Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and other CRMs is a plut. 
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
  • Ability to map and optimise processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Technical Proficiency (Bonus): SQL,JavaScript, NodeJS, React, HTML
  • HubSpot APIs and integrations with third-party tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify gaps, and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into CRM solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot Certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, or Operations Hub certifications)
