Position: Online Business Manager
Location: Remote (Must be able to work on AEST)
Hours: 20 hours per week (Initially)
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Online Business Manager to support a fast-growing coaching business. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, tech-savvy, and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision. As the Online Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting business operations, assisting with landing page development, email sequence management, customer service, and launching key offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and management of landing pages for upcoming launches and promotions.
- Building of email sequences for client engagement and retention, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch communications - copy provided
- Provide customer service support, addressing client inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Support the planning and execution of product/service launches, ensuring smooth processes and timely delivery.
- Manage and optimise ThriveCart for product setup, payments, and order fulfilment.
- Utilise ActiveCampaign to automate email sequences and track customer interactions.
- Work independently with limited supervision while staying on top of deadlines and tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with the coaching team to ensure smooth business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Must be able to work on AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
- Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
- Experience with landing page creation, email marketing, and automation platforms.
- Proficiency in ThriveCart and ActiveCampaign is highly advantageous.
- Experience working within a Coaching Business is highly advantageous.
- Experience with launching products and services, including email campaigns, landing pages, and customer communications.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills, especially for customer service interactions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
